Silo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the platform for your team's project management needs
• Connect authorized integrations to sync work data
• View analytics and insights generated by our AI

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the platform
• Respect team members' privacy settings

4. Integration Authorization

When connecting third-party integrations (Jira, GitHub, Notion, etc.), you authorize Silo to access data from these services on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions to grant this access.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. Silo processes your data to provide services but does not claim ownership of your projects, tasks, or other content.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Silo is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Silo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform.
